The Workplace Productivity Lead, Microsoft 365 & Copilot, is a key member of the Digital Workplace team. This role is responsible for driving the effective adoption and use of AI capabilities that enhance employee productivity, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and related workplace technologies.
The position shapes how Red Bull North America teams work and collaborate by ensuring AI-enabled tools are practical, trusted, and consistently adopted. It helps employees operate efficiently and at scale in a fast-paced CPG environment. While AI adoption is the main focus, the role also contributes to broader Digital Workplace engineering initiatives that improve daily ways of working through standardized, well-governed solutions.
Job Description
ADOPTION & ENABLEMENT
Lead engagement efforts that help employees understand and effectively use AI tools designed to enhance productivity, particularly within Microsoft 365 and Copilot, in practical and meaningful ways.
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, demonstrations, and use cases tailored to different user groups.
Act as a clear and trusted advocate for responsible and practical AI use.
Promote experimentation by providing hands-on learning opportunities and sharing best practices.
STRATEGY, READINESS & USE CASES
Support the development and implementation of AI adoption strategies that align with global direction and address local business needs.
Recommend organizational and technical readiness measures to inform rollout planning.
Facilitate sessions with business teams to identify high‑value use cases.
Act as a liaison between business teams and engineering by identifying productivity-focused use cases, defining clear problem statements, and supporting the handover and enablement of more complex solutions.
MEASUREMENT & VALUE REALIZATION
Define metrics that measure usage, adoption, user satisfaction, and value.
Analyze telemetry data, feedback, and user sentiment to quantify time savings and workflow improvements.
Continuously refine adoption strategies based on data and user insights.
AI GOVERNANCE & RESPONSIBLE AI
Encourage employees to use approved AI tools responsibly by helping them understand and follow established guidelines and safeguards.
Work with digital security and relevant business application teams to ensure that AI adoption complies with existing security, compliance, and governance standards.
COLLABORATION
Build and maintain a Copilot Studio community of business stakeholders and power users that promotes shared learning, practical use cases, and consistent ways of working.
Use in-depth, practical knowledge of Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 to guide solution discussions, align stakeholders on appropriate approaches, and ensure smooth handovers to engineering teams when custom development is required.
Qualifications
8+ of experience working in enterprise-scale technology environments.
Direct exposure to AI tools, copilots, and automation in business contexts.
Background collaborating with IT, Security, Data, and business teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts in clear, practical terms.
Comfortable presenting ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong strategic thinking paired with a pragmatic, operational approach.
Confident using data and reporting to guide and influence decisions.
Proficient with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform.
Enthusiastic about AI and workplace technology, with a balanced and realistic perspective.
Highly curious, with a self-directed approach to learning and experimentation.
Collaborative working style, focused on outcomes and user experience.
Recognized as a trusted advisor, with credibility across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $96,000 - $144,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
