Responsibilities:

• Assists waiters in serving guests’ needs.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
• Maintains cleanliness of workstation.
• Stocks and restocks server service stations.
• Takes direction from servers and/or host/hostess when necessary.
• Clears extra place settings from tables when guests are seated, clears all soiled items from tables during and after guest service. Resets tables upon guest departure.
• Refers communication, guest feedback, and any potential guest dissatisfaction to the Manager.

• Entry level position. Previous wait assistant, waitress, busser or related experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Developed English language skills (both written and orally) to communicate with other employees and guests.
• Walking or standing to a significant degree.
