Description

 

RSM Christian School seeks a faith-filled, collaborative Vice Principal to serve as an instructional and administrative leader in support of our Christ-centered mission.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Principal, the Vice Principal supports academic programs, student life, discipline, attendance, athletics (grades 1–8), and staff supervision while fostering a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the spiritual formation of students and staff
  • Assist in curriculum leadership, teacher supervision, and accreditation efforts
  • Support student discipline, attendance, and campus supervision
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to support school operations
  • Foster positive communication with families and the school community
  • Promote student safety, including responsible digital citizenship


Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (elementary, middle, or high school)
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • ACSI Administrator Certification and/or California Administrative Credential
  • Strong commitment to Christian education and leadership
  • Active involvement in a local church

Personal Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Christian faith and servant leadership

  • Maintain a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrated through daily time in His Word and active involvement in a Christian church.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities for continuous growth.
