We are looking for a Warehouse Operator for Material Preparation and Cutting. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing materials—mainly steel, titanium, and aluminum—for use on CNC machining centers. You will also handle storage based on material types, check and update stock levels, and report when supplies need replenishing. The materials will then be distributed to various departments according to production needs.

Job Description

• Preparation and management of materials
• Cutting materials using automatic and manual band saws
• Distributing materials to departments
• Managing disposal of departmental waste materials
• General warehouse operations
• Receiving materials from departments and suppliers
• Communicating restocking needs to the Purchasing Department
• Performing periodic and annual inventories
• Handling internal material movements between departments
• Recording transactions in the warehouse management system
• Operating vertical storage systems

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or material cutting
• Knowledge of materials such as aluminum, titanium, and steel
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Familiarity with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Team-oriented attitude
