We are looking for a highly motivated student who wants to learn about trade marketing and build a career in the commercial area and analytics area. As the Trade Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for support the area with sales, shopper and channel information, while maintaining key category management (CatMan) relationships across the region in Latin America. This intern position is built on four main pillars: Category Management, Shopper Insights, Perfect Store and Price & Promotion.

Job Description

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT (CATMAN)

Support category development within key account customers through operational and analytical tasks. Assist in identifying priority customers and maintaining customer and shopper data. Support the preparation of basic analyses and narratives based on insights, while contributing to collaboration with regional CatMan teams. Help foster a category development mindset through day-to-day support.
Support CatMan projects through data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation to help grow the category within retailers.
Assist in analyzing category performance using store-level drivers such as placement, cooler positioning, assortment, mix, and category value.
Support collaboration with CatMan teams from DP and key accounts by preparing agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials.
Help translate data and shopper insights into simple action plans and recommendations to support category growth.

SHOPPER INSIGHTS

Support data analysis to help identify basic market insights and consumer trends. Assist in consolidating data to support KPI tracking for Trade Marketing teams across LATAM. Help organize and summarize global and local market research to support understanding of shopping drivers and provide operational support to markets.
Assist local market teams by preparing insights summaries and presentations that explain the current situation and highlight potential opportunities or solutions.
Help consolidate and share global research materials, supporting alignment between global ways of working and local execution.
Support the identification of business insights by maintaining trackers and basic analytical tools that help markets quantify opportunities and prioritize actions.
Support the sales team by collecting, organizing, and updating data from multiple sources (sales, market share, distribution, pricing, shopper trends, and qualitative data).

PERFECT STORE

Support markets in PSA-related activities, including KPI tracking, execution monitoring, store lists, and follow-ups. Assist in tracking execution results and supporting initiatives such as the “kill the zeros” approach to help markets work toward target achievement.
Support execution tracking by maintaining and updating trackers to ensure accurate monitoring of Red Bull assets, assortment and share of shelf across markets.
Assist in summarizing results and preparing narratives and visuals to support local teams.
Analyze countries quarterly PSA results to identify key opportunities for Red Bull and recommend action plans.

PRICE & PROMOTION

Support markets with the collection, organization, and tracking of promotional and pricing data. Assist in adapting local data into standard tracking formats and help summarize insights to support promotional guidelines and playbooks, contributing to market share growth and profitability discussions.
Support markets in maintaining and updating promotional and pricing trackers (discounts, suggested pricing, shopper prices, and competitor monitoring).
Assist markets in using HQ tools such as PET and CPT by supporting data preparation and basic guidance.
Help consolidate inputs related to pricing and promotional performance, supporting alignment with shopper and business insights.
Support collaboration with Revenue and Finance teams by helping track and summarize promotional KPIs such as ROI and market share.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Available to commit to a two-year internship program, with an expected graduation date in 2028.
Fluent English or Spanish is a must.
Strong academic interest in data analysis, business intelligence, or commercial analytics.
Relevant coursework in data analysis, statistics, or information systems is a plus.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, basic charts).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau): data modeling basics, simple dashboards, visualizations.
Basic programing skills in Phyton and machine learning.
Excellent communication skills.
Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
