Want your chance to make a mark on a world-class, record-breaking event? We are hiring for a Tournament Services Coordinator – Transport to join our Tournament Services team to deliver the Australian Open 2026. This is a full-time fixed-term contract from November 2025 to February 2026.

As this is a seasonal role, we require full availability and flexibility across the summer months, December – February. If you're ready to help us serve up real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the AO Transport Team with tournament administration and planning for AO26.
  • Managing team rosters, including updates, replacements, and fatigue management to minimise overtime.
  • Preparing and implementing a shift swap procedure for AO26.
  • Attending monthly meetings with AO Transport Supervisors and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Working within the Transport team during AO to support operations and assist the Tournament Services Lead.

    About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Rosterfy (highly desired), Microsoft Office, databases, and other web-based applications.
  • Bring strong administrative skills, with high attention to detail and experience working within established systems.
  • Possess a solid understanding of transport requirements at major events.
  • Show outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage across diverse backgrounds, and remain calm and resilient under pressure.
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
