The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

VERSANT, Comcast Corporation’s (NASDAQ: CMCSA) planned spin-off, will be a leading independent publicly traded media company comprised of most of NBCUniversal’s cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.

Position Overview:

The Manager, Total Rewards Strategy & Operations will play a key role in supporting the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Versant’s Total Rewards programs. This role will focus on strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and data-driven insights to enhance employee experience and ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing processes and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support & Execution

Partner with the Director to develop and implement Total Rewards strategies across compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
Support cross-functional initiatives that align Total Rewards with broader HR and business goals.

Operational Excellence

Lead and improve operational processes related to Total Rewards program delivery, including vendor management, compliance tracking, and program documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of cyclical processes such as annual compensation reviews, benefits enrollment, and audits.

Data & Analytics

Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making and executive presentations.

Project Management

Manage and support Total Rewards projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are engaged.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a point of contact for HR Business Partners and employees regarding Total Rewards policies and processes.
Provide training and guidance to HR teams and managers on Total Rewards tools and practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) a plus.
5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR operations, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need.
