To help us in achieving our plans we are looking for a casual Customer Experience Officer to join our team at Tennis World NSW on a casual basis.
About the role
This position is responsible for providing friendly, professional and efficient service to Tennis World members, coaching students and customers ensuring the service areas such as Court hire, Membership, Programs, Social Leagues and Tournament, Coaching, Pro Shop, Tours, Merchandise and Cafe all are delivered to the highest levels of customer service and efficiency.
