Job Summary:
The Tennis Center Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of a tennis center. This role involves customer service, program coordination, facility maintenance, administrative tasks, and the hiring and evaluation of staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the center.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, providing information about available programs and services.
Handle inquiries, reservations, and registration for tennis lessons, court rentals, and events.
Ensure that all customers have a positive experience and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Program Coordination:
Assist in the planning and organization of tennis programs, tournaments, and events.
Maintain program schedules, ensuring proper court allocations and reservations.
Coordinate and facilitate tennis lessons, clinics, and group activities.
Court Management:
Oversee the reservation and allocation of tennis and pickleball courts.
Ensure that courts are properly maintained, clean, and in good condition.
Monitor court usage and enforce any facility rules and regulations.
Equipment and Facility Maintenance:
Maintain and organize tennis equipment, including rackets, balls, and nets.
Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and report maintenance needs.
Assist with facility cleanliness and safety, including court surface upkeep.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of program participants, reservations, and financial transactions.
Handle cash transactions and process payments for services.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities for the tennis center.
Staff Management:
Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of tennis center staff, including instructors and maintenance personnel.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback fr improvement.
Schedule and assign tasks to staff members as needed.
Safety and Rules Enforcement:
Ensure that safety rules and guidelines are followed by all players.
Enforce facility rules and handle any violations or incidents appropriately.
Assist in emergency response procedures and first aid, if required.
