Job Description
FIND EXTRAORDINARY TALENT
Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruitment efforts (profiling, sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring) across all departments within RBCA & RBCD to meet business needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by coaching them on best practices in talent acquisition with a focus on identifying extraordinary talent.
Build strong partnerships with hiring teams to ensure alignment on talent needs and priorities while delivering exceptional recruitment results.
Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and hiring platforms to proactively identify top-tier talent.
Conduct thorough candidate reviews, interviews, and assessments, ensuring every hiring decision aligns with Red Bull’s high standards.
Manage offer negotiations, balancing candidate expectations and organizational goals to secure the best talent.
PLANNING AND DECISION MAKING
Provide strategic insights and talent context to hiring managers, enabling informed and confident hiring decisions.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment tools, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop strong relationships with internal leadership and Talent (HR) Business Partners to gain a deep understanding of business priorities, initiatives, and future talent needs.
SHARE YOUR EXPERTISE
Collaborate with the Manager, TA to forecast future recruitment needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment strategies, ensuring Red Bull attracts talent from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.
Share market insights and research on DSD/CPG talent landscapes and industry trends to inform hiring strategies.
Actively promote transparency in the recruitment process by fostering open and consistent communication with hiring teams and candidates.
PROVIDE A PREMIUM EXPERIENCE
Own and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, from initial application to onboarding.
Serve as a trusted guide for candidates, ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and a personalized approach that reflects the Red Bull brand.
Maintain consistency in recruitment processes and practices, utilizing tools and methodologies provided by Talent Leadership to ensure a premium experience for candidates and hiring teams alike
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition in high volume setting.
Comfortable managing high volume requisitions across various departments and locations, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of CPG/Retail, and a familiarity with DSD is preferred.
In depth understanding of the full cycle recruiting process.
Experience with an ATS; SmartRecruiters and sourcing tools ; LinkedIn and Indeed experience preferred.
Additional Information
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $73,150 to $80,850. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan.
