Responsibilities
- Use an iPad to check in customer at Starter Station
- Provide information and assistance to our customers
- Track turn times and finish times throughout the day by use of the iPad
- Enforce daily cart rules
- Educate and assisting golfers on issues such as pace of play, course rules and golf etiquette
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Prior golf related experience a plus!
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills required
- Knowledge of mathematics sufficient to be able to perform a variety of calculations. o Knowledge of the techniques, principles and regulations of golf programs
- Ability to deal with difficult people or situations in a positive and diplomatic manner.
- Must be safety conscious and knowledgeable about the game of golf
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to lift 25lbs and bend while performing work duties
- Ability to operate motorized carts throughout the golf course
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from management
