We are looking for a Senior Media Manager to lead Red Bull Turkey’s media strategy and paid media planning, driving brand growth through impactful campaigns, efficient investment, and strong execution inline with HQ guidelines.
This role also leads the local media team and agency ecosystem.
Job Description
MEDIA PLANNING
Create Turkey’s media strategy, annual planning, and investment approach with a good level of business understanding
Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance reviews
Lead Cartoon TVC assets creative processes
Give strategic guide for effective PEMO plans and asset creations
Ensure strong offline media leadership and integrated paid media planning
Drive effectiveness and efficiency through clear KPIs and governance
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Lead agency relationship and elevate strategic output quality
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and delivery.
Ensure local & global media strategy alignment with HQ Media teams and company guidelines
Lead and develop the media team (coaching, capability building, performance)
Support retailer media strategy with relevant teams to support business targets
Qualifications
Passionate Team player with a growth mindset and can do attitude.
10+ years experience in media strategy/planning (client and/or agency side)
Strong track record in media strategy and execution
Proven team leadership and stakeholder influence
Proven English in business.
High analytical capability, commercial mindset, and executive communication skills
Leadership experience.
