The Senior Manager of Distribution Projects will oversee strategic initiatives for Red Bull North America’s (RBNA) distribution network. This leadership role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and Data Science to design and optimize various aspects of the distribution model. The focus will be on developing processes, systems, and tools to improve distribution efficiency, service performance, and execution excellence within Off-Premise distribution channels. Serving as a crucial link between Headquarters and Field Operations, this individual will ensure that Red Bull’s distribution network is scalable, responsive to evolving customer needs, and aligned with RBNA’s long-term growth objectives.
Job Description
STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Develop a multi-year roadmap to transform RBNA’s distribution network into clearly defined projects with short-, mid-, and long-term deliverables.
Lead the design and implementation of RBNA’s future-state distribution model and processes, collaborating closely with both global and U.S. stakeholders.
Ensure proper alignment and cross-departmental understanding of RBNA's distribution strategies and goals.
Define project objectives, success metrics, and implementation plans to enhance overall operational efficiencies within the distribution network.
Manage all projects related to Field Distribution Management strategy for the Off-Premise Channel in Red Bull’s DSD (Direct Store Delivery) Network across RBDC and third-party distributors.
Develop, deploy, and ensure the execution of Distribution Management roles, responsibilities, routines, and standardized working methods.
Establish and oversee appropriate management routines, call coverage and frequency models, and business reviews to effectively influence and secure distributor partner (DP) commitment.
Facilitate the creation of effective annual business plans to achieve DP alignment and commitment to Red Bull’s business objectives, including in-outlet execution targets.
FIELD DISTRIBUTION EXECUTION ACCOUNTABILITY & MANAGEMENT
Lead key initiatives aimed at fostering the growth and expansion of Red Bull's market presence in the Off-Premise sector.
Maintain a measurement system to monitor performance effectively.
Consistently track performance against established business metrics and in-outlet execution standards.
Analyze and review performance data, providing recommendations for improvement.
Benchmark performance against industry standards and identify and implement best practices within the system.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
Lead and motivate through influence and indirect management.
Contribute to cultivating a culture of excellence within the team, promoting collaboration and partnership.
Act as the main point of contact between RBNA’s distribution project team and both global and regional project partners, ensuring harmonious alignment with the planning vision.
COMMUNICATION
Establish a regular communication schedule with the project team and executive leadership stakeholders.
Provide clear, transparent, and impactful project updates that facilitate informed decision-making and foster engagement.
Effectively convey the purpose and benefits of new processes to gain organizational support and ensure successful adoption.
Maintain consistent communication with the cross-functional team to ensure alignment with Red Bull's business priorities.
Develop and share best practices within RBNA to enhance organizational capabilities.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in distribution, direct store delivery (DSD), or operations within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, with preference given to candidates with a background in the beverage sector.
At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a team, with cross-functional team management experience strongly desired.
Proven ability to oversee and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence across all levels of executive leadership.
Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and professional judgment skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with integrated business analysis tools such as SAP BI or Hyperion.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
