MARKETING WIZ
In this position you’ll explore the marketing of some of the world’s leading brands. As a marketing champion, you’ll consult with prospective brand partners, discovering their challenges and objectives to enable you to develop compelling and mutually beneficial partnership initiatives.
COMMERCIAL WIZ
With a commercial mind, you’ll be responsible for driving global business development efforts for the full portfolio of Red Bull assets across Sports, Culture, Brand and Media delivering against individual and team revenue targets. Focusing on an agreed range of categories and clients, you’ll manage the end-to-end sales process from initial market analysis, client approach, proposal and pricing, to final negotiations and contracting of partnership agreements in a very dynamic environment.
NUMBERS, NUMBERS, NUMBERS
You won’t shy away from numbers, being comfortable in using data and insights to construct compelling sales stories that make all the difference. In addition, you'll take care of the management of a CRM database and provide data for reporting.
Qualifications
3+ years in international marketing or commercial partnerships, with a degree in Marketing or a related field
Strong understanding of marketing across Sports, Culture & Technology, with a proven track record in securing brand partnerships and developing marketing assets (events, content)
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative skills, with confident communication and negotiation abilities
Dynamic, energetic, outgoing team player and a strong global network of senior brand decision-makers
Fluent English (German and other languages a plus)
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.838 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
