Reporting to the Ticketing Systems and Administration Lead, this nine‑month seasonal position will support the planning, delivery, and execution of all ticketing operations for NFL regular‑season games in London, Germany, Spain, and Ireland. The role will also contribute to ticketing support for additional International Games and select U.S. Tentpole events as needed.
This position is primarily based at the NFL UK offices in London, with on‑site responsibilities in each host market during the week leading up to its respective game.
Seasonal External Agency Position - This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working closely with the Ticketing Systems Lead to:
- Build out all ticket request forms
- Collate, manage, and process all requests
- Work directly on the Ticket System, building out manifests, managing allocations and price categories
- Build and maintain strong and professional relationships with all 32 Clubs
- Ensure that all internal ticket transactions are compliant and in line with NFL policies, whilst maintaining a good knowledge base of all relevant local market laws applicable to ticketing
- Regularly produce clear and concise reports tracking requests and revenue
- Work with Finance team to ensure accurate allocation of tickets against budgets
- Assist the Hospitality team in the delivery of a seamless ticketing process for internal VIP spaces
- Regularly meet with Commercial team to assist in management of sponsor allocations
- Continually review and streamline internal administration processes across all stadia
- Maintain high levels of communication to all stakeholders and deliver key information back to the Ticketing Systems Lead and Senior Manager
- Assist with ticketing operations for all other NFL events across the year, where necessary
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years working in Ticketing
- Good knowledge of ‘back-end’ ticket system management
- Proven experience of communicating with external partners and stakeholders
- Excellent relationship and account management
- Good project management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with excellent email management skills
- Excellent data management and organisational skills

- Experience of working in a stadium or venue environment
- Working knowledge of Ticketmaster Sport/XR
- Inventory management
- Experience in dealing directly with all levels of management
