The Sales Analyst, Large Format is responsible for performing analyses and providing recommendations to support decision-making by the Large Format Sales Leadership team and to drive Red Bull’s sales and long-term channel strategy. This role serves as the primary point of contact for information on assigned accounts within Red Bull North America’s (RBNA) Large Format account universe, and partners with Large Format national account management by supplying information that drives execution of both retailer and national business plans.
Job Description
NATIONAL SALES DATA ANALYSIS
Conduct complex analyses to provide recommendations to the sales team, drawing on various reports and data sources.
Complete ad hoc analyses within tight deadlines as set by the designated account leaders.
Support monthly reporting in collaboration with the Trade Finance and Business Insights teams.
LARGE FORMAT NATIONAL ACCOUNTS PARTNERSHIP
Create compelling, fact-based presentations to support Red Bull’s sales team.
Establish and maintain consistent communication channels for the sales team and the wider organization (e.g., monthly key account sales meetings, email updates, regular presentations to broader teams).
Build strong internal and customer relationships to become the primary resource for sales data.
Stay up to date on technical, industry, and business trends that impact the company’s sales efforts.
Support team needs promptly and efficiently, demonstrating urgency, persistence, and a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead all major projects that affect the Large Format landscape for assigned accounts.
Take a leadership role on key projects.
Provide ad hoc project management and support as needed to drive growth initiatives.
TRACKING & REPORTING
Establish best-practice reporting and assume responsibility for updating reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Create templates and executive summaries to track core Red Bull initiatives.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Experience in business or management consulting and/or with CPG products is an asset
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from field staff to executive leadership
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both internal stakeholders and external retailers
Able to explain technical information clearly and simply to build rapport, persuade others, and ensure understanding
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $108,000 + cash incentives.
Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
