Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Isleworth, one of Orlando's premier communities is seeking an excellent Real Estate Assistant to support its small but dynamic team of realtors in it's daily operation.   

This position provides overall administrative support to departmental staff. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our office and assists with various tasks related to property transactions.  

•  Assists in preparing and organizing real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures
• Collaborates with team members to gather necessary information for property listings and client inquiries
• Writes clear and concise reports, summaries, and correspondence related to real estate matters
• Supports the team in proof of funds and client administration to include comparable market analysis reports  
• Provides communication between buyers, sellers, escrow, and all involved parties
• Confirm closing details with title/escrow and coordinate final walkthroughs and client signings for closings
• Monitor incoming leads from website, emails and office inquiries to respond or assign to agents          

• Knowledgeable in TransactionDesk, CRM Management & Microsoft Office Suite
• MLS experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, client focused
• Strong administrative skills for fast paced office 
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
