Support the Growth and Impact of the WA Cricket Foundation 

WA Cricket is seeking a passionate and driven part time Project Officer WA Cricket Foundation & Philanthropy to support the Head of Philanthropy and play a key role in delivering meaningful outcomes through the WA Cricket Foundation. 

In this dynamic part time (3 days a week) role, you’ll help drive philanthropic engagement, manage donor relationships, and support a wide range of events and initiatives that make a real difference in the community. 

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support the Head of Philanthropy in delivering the WA Cricket Foundation Program and growing philanthropic revenue to support WA Cricket and Foundation initiatives.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with donors and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the administration of donor stewardship, including maintaining the Stewardship Register, researching and building donor profiles, and coordinating correspondence.
  • Assist in the coordination of WA Cricket Foundation events and donor hospitality, including bespoke functions such as the Morning Tea Series.
  • Manage account administration, including the online Australian Sports Foundation program and WA Cricket Foundation Limited reporting.
  • Maintain the donor and stakeholder database, producing reports and analysis as required.
  • Provide administrative support for internal meetings such as the WA Cricket Foundation and the Philanthropy Working Group.
  • Assist in crafting and distributing philanthropy related communications.
  • Participate in planning meetings and respond to general Foundation inquiries.
  • Support the delivery of fundraising campaigns including Pledge a Picket, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships
  • A proactive and detail oriented approach to administration and event coordination
  • Experience of maintaining databases and producing reports and/or analysis
  • Experience in donor relations, fundraising, or nonprofit administration (desirable)
