About the role

We’re looking for a dedicated and people-focused Premium Membership Coordinator to help us grow and retain our High Mark and Gold member base. This role is all about creating standout experiences on the phone, online, and at the game and forming strong relationships with some of the Club’s most engaged and invested members.

You’ll manage sales and service for our premium membership categories, lead tailored campaigns, and oversee key match day activations in our Premium Member rooms. You’ll also play a lead role in identifying upgrade opportunities and guiding fans through the journey from casual supporter to committed member.

About you

You’re a natural at building rapport and pride yourself on offering premium service. With a solid background in sales and a passion for sports or entertainment, you understand the importance of connection, loyalty, and attention to detail. You’re proactive, commercially savvy, and genuinely care about delivering great outcomes for members and the Club.

You’ll also bring:

• Proven experience in sales and account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and manage a sales pipeline
• A member-first mindset with a focus on retention and engagement
• Confidence using CRMs and Microsoft Office
• Experience in a sporting or member-based organisation is desirable, as is familiarity with Archtics and event-day operations
• A tertiary qualification in Sport, Business or Marketing is preferred.
