ABOUT THE ROLE – Cheltenham, VIC | Full-time | Ongoing

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Development Coordinator to join our Commercial team and help us drive growth across Golf Australia and the PGA of Australia’s commercial programs.

Your impact will include:

• Creating compelling sales materials that showcase the value of our organisations and their commercial offerings.
• Researching and identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Providing market insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Supporting the sales process for new business opportunities.
• Developing SME opportunities, including hospitality and non-national partnerships.
• Maintaining accurate records and communications in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Contributing to partnership development projects and initiatives.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in a commercial team or recent graduate in a related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A collaborative mindset and a passion for sport and entertainment.
• Familiarity with Canva or PowerPoint for proposal design.
• A values-aligned approach and an appreciation for the role sport plays in community.
• Willingness to travel interstate and internationally for events and meetings.
