The On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist (OPTMS) is responsible for implementing field-driven marketing strategies that grow Red Bull consumption and strengthen our position with On Premise industry partners (owners and staff). The OPTMS empowers the On Premise team with innovative and existing marketing tools, ensuring increased availability, visibility, and activation of Red Bull at the point of sale.

This national role is a central support function within the On Premise business, working closely with the On Premise Marketing Manager (OPMM). The OPTMS develops, executes, and maintains Red Bull’s brand image across the channel, creating communication tools and initiatives that enable seamless and timely execution of Red Bull programs at internal, trade, and shopper levels.

The role requires continuous collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the impact of national initiatives aimed at building brand identity and driving consumption. Additionally, the OPTMS supports data interpretation, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and provides insights to multiple levels of management to ensure optimal implementation of the On Premise Marketing strategy. This is achieved through the effective creation and deployment of POS materials, artworks, digital and physical assets, and tailored trade marketing projects.

Job Description

Brand Ambassador

Embrace a proactive, “can-do” attitude and a hands-on approach.
Represent and champion the Red Bull brand, especially when interacting with On Premise teams.
Ensure full compliance with Red Bull’s brand image standards, maintaining the brand’s premium look and feel across all touchpoints.

Executional Excellence

Adapt and execute global industry and consumer marketing guidelines according to local market needs.
Develop and supply all necessary tools to enable field teams to effectively deliver initiatives.
Manage the On Premise POS portfolio and market-specific toolkits while tracking and evaluating the impact of each initiative.
Oversee local production and develop market-relevant concept tools, ensuring top-tier quality across creative and production partners.
Manage artwork creation workflows (digital and physical), ensuring alignment with Red Bull’s visual identity (look & feel, color accuracy, correct logo usage, etc.).
Track POSM usage into the market
Monitor initiative performance through dashboards and data insights and create analyses.
Collaborate with ROPMS to identify execution gaps (Hi5s) and develop corrective action plans.

Industry Marketing

Drive share of mind among key industry stakeholders including venue staff, decision makers, owners, and influencers—ultimately contributing to increased sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, influencers, national decision makers, event organizers, and the broader local scene to unlock new collaboration opportunities.
Develop compelling, performance-oriented concepts that engage the industry and enhance overall sales and visibility in accounts and at events.

Consumer Marketing

Deliver scalable, high-impact initiatives designed to win consumers, build consumption habits, and strengthen Red Bull brand equity.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to translate national campaigns into meaningful On Premise activations.
Support the planning, delivery, and development of consumer-facing events within the On Premise environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of marketing experience; sales experience is an advantage.

Experience within the On Premise environment is strongly preferred.

Strong project management capabilities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act independently.

Self-motivated and effective in high-energy, fast-paced field environments.

Strategic, innovative, and commercially aware (solid understanding of sales and financial processes).

Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer, customer, and sales data.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.

Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required.

Understanding of distribution channels, buyer profiles, and On Premise consumer behavior.

Proficiency in digital tools, reporting platforms, and data dashboards.

Working knowledge of iOS and Microsoft Office.
