About the role
Play a vital part in growing our Bombers community. We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Membership Acquisition Coordinator to help us reach our goal of 100,000+ members. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our outbound sales efforts, reconnecting with past members, welcoming new ones, and bringing the Bombers spirit to life for fans across the country.
You’ll develop and implement acquisition campaigns, work closely with our call centre team, and help turn leads into loyal members. With your strong sales instincts and eye for opportunity, you’ll support targeted strategies and drive conversion across multiple channels. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with match day and event involvement, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the Club’s growth and connection with its community.
About you
You thrive in a results-driven environment and love connecting with people. With a few years of outbound sales experience under your belt, you’re confident picking up the phone, building rapport quickly, and closing a deal with ease. You’re comfortable working towards daily KPIs and targets and are motivated by the buzz of team success.
