Australian Golf is growing – and so are we.

The Professional Golfers Association of Australia (PGA of Australia), we are proud to be the country’s leading voice in professional golf. Representing nearly 3,000 Members – including coaches, club and head professionals, teaching professionals, and tournament players – we’ve been shaping the game since 1911.

But we’re more than just a golf organisation. We’re a passionate team working across coaching, events, education, and elite player development, united by our shared commitment to growing the game and making golf more welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for all.

We live and breathe our values:

  • We Welcome Everyone – Golf should feel like home. We’re building an environment where everyone belongs.
  • We Are Connected – Across clubs, communities and countries, we support each other and celebrate success together.
  • We Are Courageous – We embrace change, try new things and challenge the status quo.
  • We Bring Our Best – Whether we’re planning a national tournament or supporting a local pro, we show up with care, passion, and purpose.

As a team, we’re proud to deliver more than 400 professional events annually, including the iconic Australian PGA Championship, and support our Members across Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia through the PGA Tour of Australasia.

This is your chance to be part of something bigger; a legacy of excellence, a culture of belonging, and a sport that’s evolving for the future.

Golf like many sports, hasn’t always felt like a space where everyone sees themselves and we know that women and other underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement. But at the PGA, we’re committed to changing that.

At the PGA, our belief is simple: “All golf is golf, and all of us can be golfers.” That philosophy extends to our team too. We’re building an organisation where diverse voices, backgrounds and perspectives are truly welcomed and where people can bring their whole selves to the work we do.

So if this role excites you, and you feel you could contribute even if you don’t tick every box we’d love to hear from you. Let’s have a conversation. You might be just what we’re looking for.
