  • Driving media engagement for key programs and areas across the organisations, like the PGA Institute and Australian Golf Foundation.

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A passion for sport – and a belief in its power to connect people.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

At Australian Golf Services, we know people do their best work when they feel supported – in work and in life. Here are just a few of the ways we bring that to life:

  • Flexible Working – With hybrid work and flexible hours, we’ll work with you to find the balance that fits.
  • Family-Friendly – With generous paid parental leave for all carers, we understand family always comes first.
  • Wellbeing Focused – Our partnership with Acacia supports your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing; plus in some of our offices you can access elite gym facilities.
  • Opportunities to Grow – From formal and on-the-job learning, we’re all about growing together.
  • Extra Perks – Enjoy free onsite parking, access to golf events, and partner discounts – all part of helping you bring your best, every day.

At Australian Golf Services, we’re doing things differently.

We’re proud to be breaking the mould in how golf is governed through a world-first collaboration between the PGA of Australia, Golf Australia and the WPGA Tour of Australasia. Together, we’re committed to real change and growth across the sport.

We know that golf like many sports hasn’t always felt like a space where everyone sees themselves. And we understand that women and other underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement.

But at Australian Golf Services, our belief is simple: “All golf is golf, and all of us can be golfers.” That mindset extends to our team too. We’re building an organisation where diverse voices, perspectives and lived experiences are truly welcomed where people can bring their whole selves to the work we do.

So, if this role excites you and you think you could contribute, even if you don’t tick every box, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s have a conversation you might be just who we’re looking for.
