ABOUT THE ROLE – Cheltenham, VIC | Full-time| Fixed Term 12-month contract

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team on a 12-month contract. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong creative vision to join our team and lead the implementation of brand marketing strategies and oversee the development and execution of compelling content across promotional channels.

Your impact will include:

• Management of Golf Australia and the PGA of Australia’s design and creative agency to ensure efficient and successful delivery.
• Development of campaign strategy and creative briefs that translate audience insight, brand ambition, and data into compelling creative and media direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Content, and Media and Communications streams to deliver integrated plans.
• Supporting the Senior Marketing and Content Manager in elevating campaign impact across all products
• Leading projects on marketing campaign management and promotional strategies, including the men’s and women’s Australian Opens, along with supporting campaign management for our vocational members – PGA Professionals.

You’ll bring:

• A tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Strategic thinking with a strong creative vision.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Experience in agency or in-house environments (preferred).
