POSITION SUMMARY
Red Bull New York and Sports Illustrated Stadium are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Food & Beverage. This individual will serve as the primary liaison with our food and beverage partner, leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver a world-class fan experience while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a track record to develop and execute operational strategies that align with organizational goals. This role plays a critical part in fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Job Description
Lead the overall food and beverage strategy in collaboration with SI Stadium’s F&B partner – aligning the organization’s brand, fan experience goals and business objectives.
Serve as the central point of contact for all F&B related initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with marketing to evolve and promote the stadium’s culinary identity, fan awareness, and drive positive guest experiences.
Collaborate with the partnerships team to maximize sponsorship and activation effectiveness.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (e.g., Voice of the fan, per-caps, basket size, POS revenue).
Develop transparent dashboard to allow for easy access to F&B data.
Ensure alignment of eatery concepts, pricing and menu offerings with revenue and fan experience goals.
Ensure visibility & collaboration on day-to-day operations and logistics with Stadium F&B partner and all food, beverage, and food truck partners.
Streamline communications between departments regarding F&B programming and execution.
Approve organizational structure, staffing levels, and training protocols for stadium F&B partner.
Ensure all F&B staff participate in service and safety training programs.
Cultivate a culture of accountability, service excellence and continuous improvement.
Support premium department to ensure elevated service and menu standards in premium spaces.
Research and implement industry best practices, including emerging technologies.
Identify consumer trends and introduce new concepts to elevate offerings and increase revenue.
Qualifications
3+ years proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably within sports, entertainment, or hospitality venues.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple stakeholders.
Passion for innovation, fan experience, and operational excellence.
Motivated self-starter with a positive “team-first” attitude.
Ability to lift 50lbs and perform other light labor activities.

Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified.
