The Head of On Premise Distribution is owner of the On Premise route to market and overall distribution strategy, while also matching it into the total Brazilian distribution strategy frame.
Job Description
RTM
Lead Route-to-Market (RTM) initiatives to maximize distribution reach and ensure best-in-class service levels across all On Premise occasions;
Own and continuously optimize distributor segmentation (1st and 2nd Homeground), distribution models, and service standards;
Lead distribution expansion projects (new territories, partners, or models) from design through execution;
Drive Strategic Base distribution and portfolio execution in line with On Premise Marketing Guidelines.
LEADERSHIP
Lead the On Premise Distribution organization, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and delivery of sales, volume, and distribution targets;
Develop and coach a high-performing distribution leadership team, building capability, engagement, and succession;
Embed a performance-driven culture through clear objectives, structured routines, and continuous feedback.
PLANNING, PERFORMANCE & GOVERNANCE
Define and drive the national On Premise distribution growth strategy, maintaining close alignment with HQ and an ambitious growth mindset;
Develop Area Plans, set regional targets, and translate strategy into executable commercial priorities;
Own the On Premise distribution P&L, ensuring sustainable growth, financial discipline, and ROI on trade investments;
Establish performance management frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and governance routines to track execution quality and results;
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by region, occasion, and customer segment, translating insights into scalable plans.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Act as the primary interface with distributors’ senior leadership, ensuring strong partnerships and strategic alignment;
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated On Premise plans;
Connect with On Premise peers to synchronize initiatives and unlock vertical and horizontal growth opportunities;
Indirectly influence Off Premise teams managing distributors that serve the On Premise channel, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
Qualifications
Experience in commercial areas;
Strong background with the distribution business, preferably with On Premise business/industry;
Advanced English;
Preferable advanced Microsoft Office Skills
Availability to travel at least 30% of the working period;
Interest into the On Premise business (outlets, events, festivals).
