About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Shop Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will assist in supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the golf shop and member competitions, ensuring exceptional service for members and guests. A key focus will be delivering high-quality customer experiences, managing staff performance, and attending to club repairs and fittings.

You will play an integral part in maintaining efficient golf operations, supporting tournaments and special events, and upholding the standards and objectives of Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club. Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role in the golf industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, motivate and manage a high performing team.
• Thorough knowledge of golf, the rules of golf, computerised bookings, handicapping.
• Excellent communication skills including public speaking and the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
• Current, valid Queensland driver’s licence

Hours and Days

Full-time role, five days per week on a rotating Monday–Sunday roster, including select public holiday shifts.
