Competently work all stations in the Wabasha Creek kitchen.
Open and/or close the kitchen.
Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the kitchen area.
Maintain portion control in all applicable areas.
Take direction from the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs and Lead Cook
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in line cooking at a full-service restaurant preferred.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
Culinary skills, including frying, sautéing, broiling, basting, baking, poaching and roasting.
High level of skill at all cooking stations.
Knowledge and utilization of proper sanitation practices.
Strong knife skills.
Highly organized and time-efficient.
Self-motivated.
Able to follow and appropriately modify recipes.
Able to produce consistent food products.
Able to work all stations and shifts as needed.
Able to handle working alone.
Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment under stressful conditions.

Regular attendance and punctuality.
Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
