As our business continues to grow, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented Golf Administrator to join our Golf Operations team at Joondalup Resort.

This role is a unique blend of golf administration and Pro Shop operations, supporting daily golf activities, competitions, bookings, and retail services in a premium resort environment.

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Competition & Timesheet Management
  • Manage and maintain the MiClub competition system and club website
  • Prepare timesheets, competition setups, leaderboards, and results
  • Assist with the delivery of competitions, events, and club activities

Golf Bookings & Administration

  • Manage member, visitor, social group, tour group operators and reciprocal booking enquiries via phone, email, and online systems.
  • Coordinate end-to-end group bookings (12–52 players)
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and online enquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the Golf Bookings Coordinator

Golf Shop & Retail Operations

  • Support daily Pro Shop operations and customer service
  • Maintain retail presentation, merchandise displays, and stock levels
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and retail administration
  • Process POS transactions including EFTPOS, cash, vouchers, and member charges
  • Support rostering requirements and provide relief coverage when required

About You

  • Experience in golf operations or a strong understanding of the golf industry
  • Proficiency with MiClub systems (essential)
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence using POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • A genuine passion for golf and delivering high-quality member and guest experiences

Desirable but not essential

  • Experience using Northstar
  • PGA qualification or relevant industry accreditation
