Full-Time Football Administrator

Club Marconi is known as the sports and entertainment hub for the local area in Western Sydney (Bossley Park).

At Club Marconi we offer a range of sporting facilities including: 5 Soccer fields; 1 Rugby League field: 5 Netball courts; 6 lane Bocce; Snooker and Billiards: Softball training fields; Cricket field; Indoor Cricket nets; Fencing Academy; 5 Tennis courts; and 4 Squash courts. We really are the hub of sport in the community.

We also offer a large gaming installation of around 400 EGMs along with TAB and Keno. We offer an Early Childhood facility as well as our renowned ‘World Gym’ Gymnasium.

• You must be able to work 5 days per week Monday to Friday, plus Game Days.

• Reporting to Head of Football.

• You will ensure the successful arrangement, organisation, implementation, coordination and conduct of all football games and events.

• You will coordinate all off-field football activities for the Clubs teams to ensure that all players and off field staff are provided with the highest level of support to enable them to compete and perform at the highest level.

Minimum requirements of the positions are:

• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively liaise with athletes, coaches, and administrators.

• Strong organisational and planning skills.

• Administrative skills.

• Reliable and trustworthy.

• Positive and enthusiastic.

• Team player.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
