Red Bull North America’s Media Network is seeking an Executive Producer, Brand Partnerships, to serve as the editorial lead, content developer, and central “air traffic controller” for brand partnership initiatives (e.g., Rimmel, Prada, Apple) across global, national, and regional projects.

This highly operational and strategic role is responsible for the end-to-end management of client campaigns that are integrated into broader Red Bull media and marketing initiatives. The Executive Producer will oversee all brand deliverables from the initial brief through to final delivery.

Rather than focusing on hands-on production, this role functions as the key coordinator who translates high-level client objectives into clear, actionable direction for regional content teams. The Executive Producer ensures that every deliverable meets Red Bull’s quality standards, programming requirements, and budget parameters, and is completed on schedule.

Job Description

STRATEGIC BRIEFING & PARTNERSHIPS ALIGNMENT

Central Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison between the Partnerships teams, clients, and the global, national, and regional content production teams, ensuring efficiency across all project deliverables.

Brand Partnership Brief Development: Collect, align, and refine client needs and partnership concepts into clear, comprehensive, and actionable creative briefs for content teams, ensuring that all deliverables and budget expectations are fully documented.

Client and Brand Alignment: Ensure that all content plans are strategically aligned with Red Bull’s core objectives as well as the partner’s goals.

Legal and Clearances: Ensure that all legal and compliance requirements are met across every distribution channel, including earned, managed, owned, third-party, and partner channels.

PRODUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Collaborates with the project team to improve efficiency with production partners and talent in the local market in order to deliver content. Serving as a single source of truth on the expertise required for each project, this role is responsible for building and maintaining a network of companies, creative professionals, agencies, co‑producers, and partners to execute brand deliverables.

Workflow Oversight:
Owns the production workflow across multiple simultaneous campaigns, acting as the centralized project manager (the “air traffic controller”).

Timeline & Budget Control:
In coordination with the project content and production management leads, creates, manages, and enforces accurate timelines and detailed production budgets. Actively monitors budgets and revenue, identifying and resolving potential budget overruns or scope creep before they escalate.

Deliverable Tracking:
Tracks and manages the status of all creative assets and final deliverables from content teams, ensuring timely delivery to the client and distribution platforms.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & SUPPORT

Quality Control: Develop and maintain strong quality control procedures for all branded content segments. Review edits and assets from content teams to ensure they align creatively with the original brief and meet the editorial and technical standards of Red Bull Media Network.

Production Support: Actively collaborate with national and regional production teams to remove obstacles, resolve resource conflicts, and provide clear, decisive feedback to keep productions on schedule and within budget.

Process Improvement: Continually identify and implement workflow efficiencies within the branded content process to enable scalability and consistent execution across all regions.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in branded content production within media or agency environments, including at least 3 years specializing in project management.

Project Management Expertise: Exceptional ability to manage complex, fast-paced workflows and oversee multiple simultaneous projects with interdependent deliverables.

Finance: Proven track record in managing large-scale production budgets, forecasting expenditures, and driving cost efficiencies across multiple teams.

Communication and Diplomacy: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated success in mediating between senior sales stakeholders, demanding clients, and creative production teams.

Process-Driven: A strategic, methodical approach with the ability to define, document, and enforce production processes and quality standards for a globally distributed team.

Editorial and Production: Strong understanding of core storytelling principles for both long-form and short-form content. Editorial expertise in evaluating concepts, treatments, and productions, and providing clear, constructive feedback.

Adaptability: Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and to adapt quickly to changing client needs and regional production challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience required.

Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $115,280 to $172,920 + cash incentives.

Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
