Want your chance to make a mark on a world-class, record-breaking event? We are now hiring for an Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team to deliver the Australian Open 2026. This is a full-time fixed-term contract from October 2025 to March 2026.

About the role

The Event Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and delivery of national marketing campaigns for the Australian Open, United Cup, and Summer of Tennis. In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Manage campaign documentation including marketing calendars, status updates, approval workflows, and stakeholder communications
  • Oversee creative assets to ensure they are on-brand and meet campaign objectives
  • Handle operational and administrative processes such as campaign budgeting, invoice processing, purchase order tracking, and financial reporting
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by gathering insights, campaign learnings, and partner input to drive continuous improvement and more effective campaigns


About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated marketing experience, ideally in events, advertising, or a media agency environment
  • Proven project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and influence senior leaders
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach, able to manage multiple priorities while driving collaboration and results
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail, using data and insights to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
