About the role
The club has an opportunity for someone to join them in this 12-month maternity leave position. The Education Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivery of classroom-based education programs and the facilitation of football clinics, across Western Australia. The position will be on the ground delivering engaging sessions in schools and communities—bringing the game, our values and key education themes to life through both in-class learning and practical football experiences. These programs span primary and secondary schools, holiday clinics, community initiatives, and member benefit programs—designed to engage young people, educators and the broader community through football.
This is a hands-on, highly varied role responsible for coordinating, promoting and delivering education initiatives, while building strong relationships with schools, teachers, community partners and internal teams. The position also plays an important role in supporting membership growth by connecting community engagement with consumer outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Education, key responsibilities include:
Due to the nature of the role, there will be a requirement to work evenings, weekends and match days, as well as travel regionally.
