Drive Innovation & Automation – Embed AI and automation into workflows (e.g., predictive order routing, anomaly detection, dynamic packaging/formatting, and real-time playout readiness).
Operational Excellence – Champion instrumentation, SLAs, alerting, and governance to ensure broadcast-grade reliability and enterprise-grade fulfillment performance.
Cross-Functional Alignment – Partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to unify workflows across ingest, scheduling, traffic, packaging, and playout.
Team Leadership – Lead and develop a team of managers (and their product owner/specialist), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
Budget & ROI Management – Manage budgets for platforms, including development, hosting, licensing, and support, while modeling ROI, efficiency gains, and partner impact.
Stakeholder Influence – Build credibility across Versant by providing clear, executive-ready updates, influencing platform strategy, and representing Versant in vendor and partner forums.
