About the role
Reporting to the Chief of Strategy and Performance, the Director of Performance Services will be responsible for the long-term, holistic athletic and character development of Tennis Australia-supported players. Key objectives include fostering character and well-being in alignment with our Performance Philosophy, maximising athlete availability for training and competition, and developing physical athleticism and mental resilience required for high-performance tennis. The role will lead a multi-disciplinary team of sports physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, well-being experts, nutritionists, strength and conditioning coaches, and sports scientists.
