We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Digital Data Implementation. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our digital analytics data collection strategy, ensuring precise and scalable implementation across TV, web, and mobile platforms. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and analytics to translate business goals into actionable data collection frameworks that drive insights, optimize experiences, and support enterprise measurement needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full end-to-end lifecycle of digital data collection implementation across all platforms, ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, privacy-compliant, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
Define and manage technical requirements and solution designs for Adobe Edge Network, Adobe Analytics, and associated streaming APIs (Data Feeds, Data Warehouse Files, Exports).
Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to align data strategies with core business objectives and KPIs.
Advocate for best-in-class data collection practices, including robust data layer architecture, consistent tagging strategies, and metadata standardization.
Oversee audit processes and validation workflows to ensure accuracy and completeness of data collection, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Stay ahead of trends and innovations in digital analytics, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), XDM schemas, and media measurement integrations.
Provide thought leadership in integrating cross-platform measurement tools, including Nielsen, ComScore, Conviva, and others.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, documentation, and optimization of implementation processes.
Manage and develop a high-performing technical implementation team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of tactical experience in digital data implementation, including deep expertise with Adobe Edge Network APIs and XDM-based data modeling.
Proven experience implementing media measurement tools (e.g., Nielsen DCR, ComScore, Conviva) within large-scale digital media ecosystems.
Strong technical fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a solid grasp of mobile app frameworks and data layer architecture.
Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tag (formerly Launch), and associated tag management and debugging tools.
Working familiarity with streaming media tracking and server-side measurement strategies.
Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret and troubleshoot complex tracking logic across multiple platforms.
Demonstrated experience managing teams, including setting objectives, delegating tasks, and evaluating performance.
Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Characteristics:
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
