Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver data models, dashboards, and automated reports to visualize key performance indicators and trends across business functions.

• Provide insights into audience needs and behaviours to support commercial, consumer, and marketing strategies.

• Develop and implement strategies for data curation, quality, governance, and ethical usage.

Other Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, acting as a liaison between data systems and business departments.

• Assist in managing data systems and pipelines, including ETL processes, to ensure efficient data flow and integrity.

• Analyse complex data sets to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a data analytics and/or data transformation role, preferably within a consumer-focused organisation.

• Strong technical proficiency with data visualisation tools (Tableau and/or Looker preferred), data warehousing technologies (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery), and data processing tools (SQL, Excel, Python or R).

• Advanced skills in data wrangling.

Highly Desirable:

• Clear analytical thinking, with the ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, solve problems, and visually communicate insights.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud preferred).

• Exposure to data modelling and/or machine learning techniques, with the ability to undertake sophisticated modelling and analysis to derive actionable insights.

• A strong interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and digital platforms.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
