About the Role
The Creative Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting the creation, coordination and distribution of the Carlton Football Club’s digital content across all platforms, including the website, social media channels and mobile app.
This position reports directly to the Digital Content Manager and is instrumental in enhancing fan engagement and retention by delivering strategic, compelling, and high-impact content. A core focus of the role is on short-form and vertical video content that aligns with platform-specific trends, enabling the Club to connect with diverse audiences in innovative and engaging ways.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, highly organised, and innovative individual. With an ability to identify key storytelling moments, emerging trends and high-impact, shareable content opportunities, they will work to position the Carlton Football Club at the forefront of the AFL media and content space
They will work closely with teams within the Marketing, Communications and Digital department, as well as other areas of the business, to help deliver content that support the objectives of the Club and drive brand awareness and engagement with fans.
