ABOUT US

Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. We use our values; Humility, Excellence, Imagination and Relationships to deliver memorable experiences to participants and fans.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Identify potential third-party providers and develop value proposition documentation to pitch for partnership

• Manage the relationship between third-party ELP providers and Cricket NSW

• Service third-party partnership agreements to ensure contractual obligations of all parties are met

• Manage the quality control and reporting process of third-party delivered ELP programs including deliverer training, Voice of Customer feedback, NPS reporting and participant next steps

• Source opportunities for CNSW-delivered programs to reach new audiences via third-party partnerships

ABOUT YOU

• Self-starter with demonstrated experience to execute plans and deliver results

• Ability to collaborate across a number of teams to achieve goals

• Demonstrated administration and project management skills

• Highly developed written and oral communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
