The Brand Marketing Specialist supports the execution of Red Bull’s brand and product strategy across all consumer touchpoints, working in close collaboration with the Brand Marketing Manager.
Drives awareness and trial by implementing marketing initiatives in line with Red Bull’s national business plan — from new product launches to advertising, consumer research, and events.
Leads the day-to-day coordination of brand projects, ensuring alignment across teams and functions, while delivering impactful programs that strengthen Red Bull’s presence both online and offline.
Translates consumer insights and market data into clear, actionable strategies and contributes to the development and execution of innovative brand strategies, ensuring consistency and excellence in every touchpoint with our audience.
Job Description
ADVERTISING & MEDIA
Supports the Brand Manager in the development of creative communication strategies and branding initiatives.
Coordinates with creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality campaign output.
Oversees media planning to ensure cost-effective and impactful advertising.
BRAND MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY EXECUTION
Designs programs that support overall marketing and commercial goals.
Collaborates on cross-functional marketing projects, both in and out of the office. Always has the "consumer" and "brand" eye in every project and ensures we talk to the consumer most effectively and efficiently while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity.
Promotes idea sharing between marketing and sales to ensure excellent execution in the RETAIL and HORECA channels.
CONSUMER INSIGHTS & MARKET RESEARCH
Supports the Brand Manager with turning data into compelling insights that are actionable and relevant, and ensures these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans.
BUSINESS PLANNING & BUDGET TRACKING
Supports the marketing team in developing and implementing the annual business plan.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all activities stay within the approved financial framework.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years’ experience in brand marketing within the FMCG industry.
Knowledge of consumer goods marketing, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
Proven ability to turn consumer insights into effective brand initiatives.
Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
Ability to prioritize, stay focused, and deliver high-quality results.
Effective communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
Independent, confident, and respectful attitude toward all stakeholders.
