The Randall Oaks Golf Club is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders to serve drinks, greet guests, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our golfers and diners!
What You’ll Do
As a Bartender, you’ll:
- Welcome and greet patrons with a smile, highlighting bar specials and promotions.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items, following recipes to perfection.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and balance the cash register.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and equipment.
- Assist in planning drink menus and inventory management as needed.
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
- Represent the Dundee Township Park District with professionalism and positivity.
Who You Are
You’re a proactive team player with:
- BASSET alcohol training and Food Handler certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- A knack for mixing drinks and pouring beverages like a pro.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A minimum age of 21 years.
Schedule
- Part-time, year-round position with 2-5 shifts per week (6-8 hours per shift).
- Includes weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
