Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition, LATAM this role is based on the Mexico office. This is an exciting opportunity to support the LATAM recruitment team in securing diverse top talent for our world leading media and entertainment companies.

Responsibilities:

Interview scheduling across the region using the Applicant Tracking System, (currently Smart Recruiters).
Support recruiters in reviewing applications for associate level roles with guidance where time permits.
Engage and build strong relationships with both Hiring Managers and Candidates, managing general incoming communications to Talent Acquisition.
Updates and distributes monthly internal communications directed by the Manager, TA.
Consolidates and distributes monthly business updates on behalf of the LATAM team.
Updates the Applicant Tracking System as required, (currently Smart Recruiters)
Support Recruiters in the preparation of offer requests for permanent hires as required.
Provides support with posting adverts and updating branding on job boards.
Build a strong general knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes including but not limited to a thorough understanding of SmartRecruiters and knowledge of the Hiring Manager Toolkit to answer general queries and/ or signpost stakeholders or team members as needed.
Communicate with Managers, HR and new hires to ensure a smooth offer process.
Help prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for the LATAM TA team.
Help facilitate TA meetings, training or presentations as required by the TA Manager.
Preparing passes, greeting candidates/ other visitors and showing them around NBCU offices.
Act as a central point of contact for candidates, Hiring Managers, HR and other business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or able to demonstrate equivalent work experience or aptitude
Experience working in an Administrative, Recruiting, Human Resources, Customer Service team or related experience in an administrative function and be able to demonstrate the ability to handle the heavy ‘workflow’ with a positive attitude
A good level of IT literacy including MS Office and experience of working with an Application Tracking system would be advantageous
Fully Bilingual (Spanish & English)
