The account executive interacts with the existing customer base and prospective clients in an assigned territory to provide quality customer service and increased sales by working with outside carriers to secure coverage not available through HAI Group products.
The account executive performs analysis of the various insurance programs, eligibility requirements and rate plans to determine the appropriate insurance placement for the client’s exposures and requirements. They are responsible for overall account management functions for customers in an assigned territory including new business placement, review, negotiation and processing of renewals, policy inquires, coverage reviews and claims and billing inquires.

The Account Services Department creates an exceptional customer experience for both current members and prospects of HAI Group. This team knows the customer’s characteristics including their challenges in the Public and Affordable housing space and builds relationships to solve those problems through HAI Group products and services. The Account Services Team represents HAI Group externally at conferences, trade shows, industry events and member/prospect visits translating the HAI Group mission and vision into every interaction. The Account Services Team members develop positive customer relationships to bring new business into the enterprise, within an assigned territory.
