The NFL's highly selective and competitive Rotational Program provides participants with an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to the organization's success through a series of challenging project work assignments, League events, and networking opportunities across various departments.
Consideration will be given to currently enrolled undergraduate students in their senior year (including those completing a fifth consecutive year), graduating between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026 with an overall GPA of 3.0 or above.
Only fully completed eligible applications will be considered, that includes an updated resume.
Deadline: Applications will close at 11:59pm ET on Tuesday, September 30.
Responsibilities
Program participants may complete up to four rotations over a two-year period in any one of the following offices or locations: NFL League Office (NY), NFL Media (CA), NFL Government Affairs Office (Washington, DC), or NFL Films (NJ). During each rotation, participants are placed in a department with project-based assignments. Specific department rotations will be determined based on actual business need. Departments that have participated in the program previously include, but not limited to; Communications & Public Affairs, Events Strategy, Finance, Football Operations, International, Marketing & Sales, Broadcasting, Labor Operations, and Media.
Placement opportunities within the NFL are based on existing business needs, the participant's performance, and previous work experience. Upon completion of the program, participants may opt to pursue further education, opportunities at NFL Clubs and partner organizations, or opportunities outside the NFL. While this is a full-time two-year rotational program, continued employment beyond the scheduled end date is not guaranteed. Maintain the repository of the organization's privacy related policies - including ensuring those policies are up to date and in-line with the current regulatory/compliance requirements.\
