Soccer Stars is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Youth Soccer Coaches to work with children ages 2 to 10 years. As a coach, you will lead fun, educational, and skill-building soccer sessions that promote physical activity and teamwork. We aim to instill a love for soccer in a non-competitive environment, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed and grow.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting age-appropriate soccer classes aligned with our curriculum.
• Creating a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment.
• Encouraging skill development for each participant.
• Providing positive feedback and reinforcement to promote confidence.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress.

• Passion for working with children and teaching sports.
• Previous coaching experience or a background in sports is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Pay

• Starting at $18 - $22 per hour
