Team Operations Specialist

Cricket Victoria is on the lookout for a Team Operations Specialist – a master organiser, logistics guru, and problem-solving pro – to help our teams succeed on and off the field. From the W/BBL to our State squads and pathway programs, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth operations, seamless travel, and well-coordinated apparel and equipment for our players, coaches, and staff.

In this role, no two days will be the same. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from booking last-minute flights, wrangling kitbags, managing visas, or ensuring every player’s uniform is match-ready – all while keeping things on budget and on time.

💪Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all team travel – flights, accommodation, hire cars, buses – and being on-call for the unexpected.
• Managing international player visas, insurance, and other requirements.
• Overseeing apparel orders and equipment for all teams, ensuring they meet brand and partner requirements.
• Partnering with internal teams and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assisting with player onboarding, accreditation, and operational efficiencies.

🎯What you’ll bring:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar operational or administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating travel and working with third-party suppliers.
• The ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
• A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check.
