Cricket Victoria is on the lookout for a Team Operations Specialist â a master organiser, logistics guru, and problem-solving pro â to help our teams succeed on and off the field. From the W/BBL to our State squads and pathway programs, youâll play a key role in delivering smooth operations, seamless travel, and well-coordinated apparel and equipment for our players, coaches, and staff.
In this role, no two days will be the same. Youâll be the go-to person for everything from booking last-minute flights, wrangling kitbags, managing visas, or ensuring every playerâs uniform is match-ready â all while keeping things on budget and on time.
