Our People Operations team is small, passionate, and highly collaborative. We're now looking for a People Generalist to join us and play a key role in delivering smooth operations, great employee experiences, and effective people programs.
The Role
As our People Generalist, you'll work closely with the Director, People Partner to support the full spectrum of HR initiatives - from onboarding and performance management to learning, recruiting, culture, and more. You'll also be the go-to person for HR administration, employee support, and ad hoc projects that help keep the team running efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Support execution of people programs across performance management, talent development, engagement, and hiring
- Own key HR administrative processes such as onboarding, offboarding, data entry, file maintenance, and reporting
- Assist with compensation reviews, internal communications, training logistics, and policy updates
- Be a first point of contact for employee questions and support on things like benefits, leave, and internal processes
- Help coordinate and deliver L&D, DEI, and culture initiatives across teams
- Partner on recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling, candidate communication, and tracking
- Support HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, performance software, surveys) and ensure data accuracy
- Jump into ad hoc projects and people-related initiatives - no two days are the same!
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HR Coordinator/Generalist, Recruiter or People Operations experience, ideally in fast-paced or evolving organizations (start up/high growth environments a plus)
- Comfortable working across multiple HR functions - you're a true generalist and a team player
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (bonus for experience with HCM platform Rippling)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - approachable, trustworthy, and solutions-oriented
- A self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys problem-solving
