Are you passionate about sport, customer experience, and connecting fans to the game they love?
Cricket Victoria is looking for an energetic and service-driven Membership Experience & Sales Officer to support our Big Bash clubsâMelbourne Renegades and Melbourne Starsâand help deliver unforgettable experiences for members and fans alike.
In this hands-on role, youâll be the friendly face (and voice) behind our memberships, ensuring fans are supported from their first enquiry to match day. Youâll help drive growth and retention through personalised service, strong communication, and creative sales campaigns.
This is a fixed term position from July 2025 to January 2026. There will be another short term opportunity available later in the year.

The Membership Experience & Sales Officer will primarily work during office hours, however the role will also require working match days and official club events.
The successful candidate must be available to work out of hours and weekends from October to January.
