About the role

As the Marketing Partnerships Coordinator, you will support the effective management of a portfolio of high-value Partners by coordinating partnership deliverables as we drive sustainable revenue growth for Tennis Australia. This role is focused on supporting a partnership vertical of China based partners, requiring the incumbent to be bi-lingual in English and Mandarin and have a thorough understanding of Chinese business practice. 

In this role you will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of partnership entitlements, ensuring all contractual benefits (marketing, signage, hospitality, ticketing and activations) are executed seamlessly across events.
  • Manage China and APAC partner engagement, ensuring culturally appropriate communication, localised activation strategies, and effective collaboration with Chinese brands, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Drive partnership value and growth, identifying and implementing leveraging opportunities, upsell strategies, and innovative collaboration initiatives across all properties.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships, delivering clear communication, post-event reporting, and best-practice account management to maximise satisfaction and retention.
  • Support financial and operational performance, including budget tracking, cost-of-servicing management, and continuous improvement of event delivery metrics.


About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Sports Management or Marketing (desirable)
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
  • Prior experience within Chinese business environments or Chinese stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in large scale event management and implementation
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
